(B) To conduct research, analysis, testing, and investigations on the matters listed in subparagraph (A) above. (C) To publish information and conduct public education on the aforementioned matters; (D) To provide technical assistance to, and to work in conjunction with, other organizations which are exempt from federal income taxation pursuant to sections 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Cod
