Grants to Colorado small businesses in eligible locations to mitigate the financial impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Funding is intended for applicants that can demonstrate a 25% loss in income. Priority will be given to businesses most severely impacted by the crisis. Applicants must currently be operating within Arapahoe County (including one of the 13 municipalities).
Past due rent payments dating back to March 1, 2020 will be considered.
Approved businesses will have direct payments made to Owner/Landlord. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered for those businesses that used personal savings/assets to pay rent/mortgage (i.e. selling personal life insurance policy, acquiring loans from 401K, 2nd mortgage on personal property, etc.).
