Grant Description

Grants of up to $5,000 to Colorado organizations in eligible locations to benefit local youth. Funding is intended for youth projects, K-12 educational activities, and to improve the quality of life. Applying organizations should have skilled, committed leadership and qualified staff to undertake the project. Eligible projects support the youth of Greeley.

Eligibility:

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The W.D. Farr Endowment Fund considers proposals from organizations with committed, skilled leadership and qualified staff to undertake the project.

The Farr Endowment Fund does not support:
- Capital fund drives
- Endowments
- Multi-year funding
- Sponsorships
- Individual scholarships
- Scholarships or tuition assistance to private educational institutions

Pre-Application Information:

Deadline: Opens November 1, 2022 and closes January 31, 2023, 11:59 PM MST (decisions will generally be made by mid-March 2023)

Funded programs will have an opportunity to make a presentation on their program to the Greeley Rotary Club.

Only one proposal per organization will be considered for support.

The Greeley Rotary W. D. Farr Endowment Fund has a “three-year rule” requiring that an organization which receives funding for three successive years must take one year off before reapplying.
