Grant Description

Grants to Colorado nonprofit organizations to address the health needs of residents in eligible counties. Applicants must submit a preliminary application prior to applying. Funding is intended for activities in the following areas of focus: access to healthcare, mental health, and substance abuse. Eligible applicants are located within Routt and/or Moffat counties.

2023 Funding Priorities:

  • Mental Health
  • Substance Abuse
  • Access to Healthcare (may include financial assistance)

Eligibility:

  • Others (see text field entitled "Additional Eligibility Criteria" for clarification)

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this grant cycle, organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Be an existing 501(c)(3) and not have political or religious intentions
- Located within Routt and/or Moffat counties
- Request must fit within the defined funding priorities

Pre-Application Information:

The 2023 granting cycle will open on January 1st, 2023, with pre-applications due by January 31, 2023. Final applications must be submitted by February 28, 2023.

Applications are submitted online using the ZoomGrants platform in a two step process. A pre-application must first be submitted to ensure that the program meets the funding criteria. If approved, the full application can then be accessed.

Applicants will be notified in May of their programs status. The awarded programs will be funded in June.
