Grants of up to $7,500 to Colorado small businesses in eligible locations for support during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to assist local businesses that have been significantly impacted by the pandemic and do not have access to traditional sources of business support. Eligible businesses are located in Denver's NEST (Neighborhood Equity and Stabilization) neighborhoods, including East Colfax, Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Montbello, Northeast Park Hill, Sun Valley, Valverde, Villa Park, West Colfax, and Westwood.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Businesses can receive a grant up to a maximum of $7,500, not to exceed 60% of their COVID-19 related revenue loss.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility:
- Businesses with a 2019 annual revenue of $2 million or below located in one of the 10 NEST neighborhoods
- Businesses with no more than 25 employees
- Businesses with at least a 25% decline in revenue this year as a result of COVID-19
- Businesses registered with the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office and with a Certificate of Good Standing or Fact of Trade Name
- Businesses that have not received COVID-19 related funding from the City and County of Denver

Disqualification:
- Businesses located outside the 10 NEST neighborhoods
- Businesses that have previously received funding from DEDO

Pre-Application Information:

Applications for the third round of funding are open until Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. Grant awardees are expected to be announced the week of December 14.

Applicants must first complete and submit an intake form. If eligible for the PNSBF program, you will be invited to submit a formal grant application.
